Rock Balancing
  • This programme will help you take back control of your life, even if you have been told that your debilitating symptoms are something you have to endure, as part of being a woman.​​

  • You will learn how to bring your hormones into balance, so that you no longer feel that life has to go on hold once a month, or when the pain, anxiety, headaches or cravings decide to show up.

  • If weight gain is part of your story, you will learn how to â€‹â€‹â€‹finally reach your natural weight, and sustain it, by getting to the real (hormonal) root causes.

  • You will learn how to work with your body's natural rhythms so that you can live with more energy, calm and joy.

  • You will learn what is really going on in your body and how to advocate for yourself as you navigate the different hormonal phases of your life.

What to expect

Pre Consultation:
​
I will send you a health history form, symptom questionnaire and ask you to complete a 3 day food diary so I can start to piece together what might be causing or contributing to your symptoms.
 
Consultation (60 minutes via Zoom)
 
We will discuss your early and current life experience, symptoms, health history and food philosophy. At this session I will help you to understand what is going on in your body and how certain events, choices or environmental factors may be causing or contributing to your symptoms. 
​
Following this session I will develop a personalised plan to help you meet your health goals. This plan will help you to eat in a way which is right for your unique body and it will give you advice about supplementation and other relevant therapies. 
​
Ongoing support
​
My programmes are 12 weeks, because I know that it takes time to build the habits you need to get well and stay well. I also know that most of us need loving support and accountability in order to make lasting change.
​
I will personally support you throughout this programme. You will receive tips and tools from me as well as a weekly check in via email.
​
You will also have 1-3 further 30 minute consultations for us to discuss any questions or concerns you have in more detail.
​
Functional Testing

With insight into your history and symptoms, we can learn a lot about what is going on in your body. However you may decide to get a deeper insight into your hormones and what is causing your symptoms by getting a functional hormone test. The DUTCH hormone test goes beyond blood testing as it looks at the interplay between hormones, downstream metabolites of hormones and a 24 hour assessment of how your primary stress hormone may be affecting sex hormones and sleep. 

You have the option to add this test into your package along with my time analysing the results and developing a plan for you.
