A great smoothie to have at breakfast, this one will keep you energised throughout the day.

Ingredients
2 tsp matcha
1 tsp maca (optional)
1 avocado
10 mints leaves
1 lemon
¼ cucumber
1 cup frozen mango
Handful of spinach
200ml water
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
